What you are buying

A seat at a two-day, in-person workshop on a specific date in a specific city. Your $997 seat includes both days of instruction and practice, printed and digital workbooks, the prompts we work from, meals during the workshop days, and Viral Hijack workshop credits.

It does not include travel, accommodation, meals outside the workshop days, the optional VIP dinner, or any coaching or program offered after the event. Anything offered to you at the event is separate, priced separately, and entirely optional — you get the full workshop whether you take it or not.

You must be 18 or older to buy a seat and attend.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your card statement will show Smairt LLC or Social Profit Academy.

Team seats are $497 each, up to 3 of them alongside one full-price seat — four people from one business, maximum.

Dates, cities and venues

Dates, cities and venues listed on this site are subject to change, and we mark them as such. We will tell you as early as we can if anything moves. What happens to your money if we cancel or move an event is set out in the Refund & Transfer Policy.

We may also change the running order, the sessions or the people teaching them where we have to. The substance — two days of guided, hands-on work with help in the room — does not change.

In the room

Bring a working laptop. A tablet will make the exercises considerably harder and we cannot hold the room up for it.

We ask everyone to behave decently toward the other people in the room and toward venue staff. We can ask someone to leave, without a refund, for harassment, threats, or behaviour that stops other people getting what they paid for. This has never happened and we do not expect it to.

The workshop materials — workbooks, prompts and exercises — are for you. Please do not record the sessions, republish the materials, or resell them.

What you make is yours

Anything you create during the workshop belongs to you. Use it, publish it, sell it. We claim nothing in it.

Work made with AI tools is also governed by the terms of the tool that made it, and those terms are not ours to set. Generated output is not guaranteed to be unique — a similar prompt can produce similar results for somebody else — so check anything you intend to rely on commercially.

Your Viral Hijack account is governed by Viral Hijack's own terms, which you accept when you use it.

No income promise

We teach methods and show tools. We do not promise or guarantee any income, any following, any views, or any business result — not at the event, not on this site, and not in anything we send you. Any figure we mention is something that happened to someone, not something we are telling you will happen to you. What you get out of a workshop depends on what you do after it.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the event or this site is limited to what you paid us for your seat. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses of any kind.

You travel at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings at the venue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of that state.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
